Jiao works at the Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust, based in rheumatology, and is currently leading a research team, and undertaking a part-time professional doctorate at Keele University. His journey reflects great commitment to evidence-based practice and practice-informed research, enabling Jiao to use his real-world experience to better the quality and impact of his research.
